The Crossroads Project was established by Limitless Learning Group CIC to open a structured, employer-facing route into skilled work for people leaving the prison estate — a gap that existing provision wasn't filling.
It draws on Limitless's existing expertise in early careers and apprenticeship brokerage, and applies it to one of the most underserved talent pools in the country. Everything sits under the same CIC structure — the same asset lock, the same mission, the same accountability.
